Mobile and data storage Networks - reliability and status updates

Trackitnow makes no warranty for the reliability, security or integrity of any connection or transmission used in the provision of the Trackitnow Services.

Trackitnow will always use best practices to ensure the required service level of all its connected services expected by its customers, however Trackitnow shall not be liable for failure to provide these services to the Customer due to any factor outside of its control, including but not restricted to failure by third parties, i.e. mobile phone data networks, internet providers, GPRS and GPS services and AWS data storage services.

Trackitnow Ltd shall not be liable for failure to provide the mobile data, tracking server and ERA services to the customer because of any factor outside our control, including but not restricted to failure by 3rd parties, i.e. mobile phone networks, including but not limited to,  mobile data, internet provision, all and any GPRS and GPS services.

Mobile phone (data) service providers will often NOT share the LIVE commercial B2B connectivity status with the public or system integrators.  Often the commercial connectivity status is reported differently to the public-facing mobile service systems, including delays in real-time data connectivity reporting.

in simple terms, Intermittent network failures, for any length of time, from all major network operators or roaming partners are outside the control of Trackitnow.
